IMAP Users: Email addresses using IMAP through Outlook will not be able to use the add-in. For example, an @gmail.com address accessed through Outlook will not work with the Add-in. Instead we'd recommend using an alternative like the Trello for Gmail Add-on.

Enabling the Outlook add-in
In Outlook 2013 or 2016, click on 'Store' from the Home tab on the ribbon. In Outlook on the web, instead click on the gear icon in the top right, and select 'Manage integrations.'
Type in 'Trello' in the search bar at the top right. Next to the Trello add-in in the search results, set the toggle to 'On' to install the add-in. The add-in will then appear in the command bar ribbon at the top.
In Outlook for iOS, first go to Settings and then tap on 'Add-ins.' There, tap on the + sign next to Trello to enable the Trello add-in.
Using the Outlook add-in
To create a card from an email in Outlook, click on the Trello icon and then select the select the board and list where you want to add your card. By default, the name of the card will be the subject of the email, and the card's description will be the body of the email. You can edit the card title or description, as well as add a due date before clicking the green 'Add' button to save the card.
After saving the card, you can also click 'View in Trello' to be taken straight to your new card.
In iOS, when you have an email open, you'll see the add-in icon in the email header—tap this and then tap 'Add Card to Trello' from the list to launch the Trello add-in.
Here, you can choose the board and list where the card will be created, and adjust the new card's title and description, as well as add a due date. When finished, tap 'Add Card' to add the card to Trello.

If you use Microsoft Outlook for Windows, you can integrate any of your Trello boards' calendars with Outlook, so you can view your calendars and your cards with due dates together in one place. Right now, Microsoft Outlook for Mac doesn't support adding iCal subscriptions.
To begin, enable the iCalendar feed and find the iCalendar URL for your board.
- Open the board menu
- Click 'Power-Ups,'
- Enable the Calendar Power-Up if you haven't already.
- Then click the gear icon to see the 'Calendar Settings'
- Once there click 'Enable Sync' to enable the iCalendar feed
- Copy the URL from 'iCalendar Feed.'
Anyone with the iCalendar URL will be able to access your calendar, so don't post it publicly.

Next, paste the iCalendar feed URL in the box, and click 'OK.' You'll see another popup asking you to confirm adding the calendar—click 'Yes' to confirm.
By default, Outlook will now display the Trello board calendar side-by-side with your Outlook calendar. You can click on any calendar name in the My Calendars box to enable or disable it from this view. Outlook can't pull the name of the Trello board, so any calendar you import this way will be named 'Untitled.'

If you add several Trello boards, renaming them will help distinguish which board is which.
NOTE: Changes made in Trello won't instantly update to third-party applications. Outlook will try to update the calendar contents during each download interval, which is configurable within Outlook.
